Heritage House

Heritage House, formerly the residence of Stanley's Railway Master, offers the perfect accommodation for large groups or family reunions. Steeped in history, this house was once part of the railway that connected Wynyard to Stanley, with its opening dating back to 1922.

Featuring six spacious bedrooms, Heritage House comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one room offers a trio bunk, and the remaining three rooms have single bunk beds.

The self-contained kitchen provides all the amenities you need, including a full-size stove, fridge, and microwave. For entertainment, there are two TVs, one in the kitchen and another in the lounge area. To ensure your comfort, the house is equipped with two split system air conditioners and wall heaters. Please note that there are no ceiling fans.

Within the house, you'll find a cozy lounge room with a heater, as well as a sunroom featuring an additional fridge, conveniently located near the outdoor deck and BBQ area. Two bathrooms are available to cater to the needs of our guests. We also provide a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
